Karate Master Brad Elkin's mission is to teach, promote, and make accessible to all authentic Japanese karate and to help others achieve their full potential on an individual or group basis in a positive and healthful context. Karate training is suitable to all individuals regardless of age or current fitness level. Develop strength, coordination, flexibility and physical skills for self defense.

K I D S K A R A T E ( 8-13 years old ) : will focus primarily on the development of coordination, physical skills, and body mechanics. The study of Shito-Ryu Karate includes mental discipline, emotional control, physical control of body and improved concentration/focus.

About Renshi Brad Elkins:
A 5th degree black belt, Brad Elkins holds the Renshi title which signifies the master instructor level in martial arts. Renshi Elkins has taught karate for over 20 years. In 1975, he first started his training at the Goju-Kai USA Headquarters under chief instructor Gosei Yamaguchi, while serving in the US Navy in San Francisco. Elkins continued his study at Kurokawa Ha Shito Ryu USA Headquarters under Grandmaster Dr. Timothy Brooks in Fort Myers, Fla. Outside of karate, and his wife, Kim Charney, of Sister Bay have four children and have called Door County home since the 1980s.
