90 minutes of self care ritual guided by Shannon Warwick & James Lee Mead
During the first 45 minutes you will be guided through a restorative slow flow, taking time to move out activated energy within your body and generating a sensation of lightness & inner glow. Then, drop into stillness for the second half of the session, exploring your inward vision and observing what comes through to you as the sound waves flow around and into your body. Enjoy the transcendent restoration that comes from letting go.
